ENGINEERING STRENGTHS
Prepare,Care,Share: Engineering Strengths  for kids and adults 3-99 years!
Prepare, Care, Share, Engineering Strengths offers real-world engineering adventures which strengthen creativity, camaraderie and caring, while having fun!
​In Person:

Introductory: 60 minute workshops where kids as young as 3 can have fun while engaging in the Engineering Design Process.

Four week classes: Classes meet for 90 minutes weekly focusing on an integrated approach to STEM. Engaging in thematic activities that allow them to become engineers, making STEM relevant to their lives.

Family Adventures! Making Engineering and family connections. Our monthly Family Adventures are designed to engage the entire family in engineering fun!
All In-Person Courses will be held on Fridays at 3885 N Highway 89, Pleasant View, Utah

Virtual:

Online classes: blend virtual instruction and collaboration with engaging, mind's on delivery.

Tutoring: connecting science and engineering to build strength in other content areas.

COURSES

Engineering Strength teaches in person  courses at 3385 Hwy 89, Pleasant View, UtahÂ
Close to Box Elder and Weber Counties.
INTRODUCTORY COURSES
The Introductory Course offers hands-on activities that showcase how engineering and technology are related to each other. It ends with kids putting on the hat of an engineer where they experience how much fun it is to use the Engineering Design Process to find solutions to problems.

Cost for 1 hour class: $25.00 per student (includes materials)

ENGINEERING CLASSES AND FAMILY WORKSHOPS
​
Engineering Classes will begin in early fall. We are currently taking interest forms allowing Classes to be designed around areas of highest interest first. Classes will be in person, four week adventure delving deeply into a real-world engineering problem. Cost of four week class is $100.00 per child for four weeks including materials, or $30.00 per class if paid weekly.

ONLINE COURSES (Tuesday-Thursday)
Virtual Engineering!
K-8 (Broken into Pre-K & kinder, 1-3, 3-6, 6 and over. Parents will be allowed to place Students in the class they think they would most benefit from. Siblings are encouraged to join as a team for no additional cost. Students participate in virtual investigations using the Engineering Design Process to solve problems.
Cost: $25.00 per session per family.

Middle and High School Students will integrate computer coding with engineering using Matlab as the coding source. Classes are virtual and will use at home materials. A list of materials will be supplied. Parents may also have the option of having materials supplied for an additional cost. A lap-top or home computer will be necessary for this course. It will not work on a smart phone.
Cost: $200 per family. Four week session.
